Empathy; A Deadly Weapon for CEOs

 Empathy, the ability to read into your employees emotion. 

Empathy, the ability to feel their hardwork and suffering, as if they are yourself. 

Empathy, the ability put yourself as them. The ability to see through your employees eyes. The ability to know exactly how they are progressing and what holds them back. 

Empathy, the ability to feel "them". 

"That sounds like a pain. Why would I do that?"

Well, empathy is still more effective way to understand your companh, compared to dry data & stats. 

Empathy gives you the ability to read your employee like encyclopedia. Not mind reading, but feel reading. You feel their emotion. The amount of information can be overwhelming at times, due to the amazing range empathy can read. You can read a person's entire life, if you have a developed empathy. You can choose what action is best to be put on them, what is the best way you can coach, how you can help them, helping yourself accelerating your company to exosphere and beyond. 

Empathy can be highly wobbling. You need a really high self-management skill if you want to tap into this so-called ability called <Empathy>. This ability requires both high intelligence and emotional intelligence to wield. You need high rationality, high compassion, high virtue, and the ability to not get angry and not get stressed. <Empathy> is an ability that can only be wield by superhuman wielders. 

But don't be discouraged. I believe you are able to get ahold over this ability. The reward is highly luxurious. You can be the kind person you always want to be, you can be the best boss ever remembered in your company history, you can exponentially multiply your employees productivity by tapping into their purpose and interest. Productivity means getting more things done, and more things done means more money. 

You can gain an edge in the competition by being the most [Empathetic]. You can win the competition. Compete in being the wisest. Compete in being the kindest. Compete in being the most empathetic & the most compassionate. If you do that, i guarantee you that great wealth will awaits you, and the universe will grant fortune upon you.
